Skills profiling is a fast, accurate and exceptionally clear way to view the multi-faceted skills of commercial contracts and procurement professionals. The suite of skills profiles covers Commercial Contracts, Procurement and Legal, tailored for Customer and Candidate completion, with US, UK and International adaptations. Profiles for Project Management and Supply Chain are in Development.
For Customers
Skills profiling can be used in its standard form or adjusted for specialist consultancy services, and is used to:
Analyze position descriptions, so we can accurately match candidate experience to job specifications.
Skills profile groups of professionals for employers, presenting the results in both an individual form as an aid to identifying training needs and for annual tracking of individual advancement.
And provides Heads of Function a bar chart of commercial skills across the team, especially useful when staff are dispersed in multiple locations, to enable evaluation of collective skills and capability against corporate business plans, and to identify potential commercial weakness when an individual is released from the team.

Annual updating
Each year our active customers and a selection of candidates are asked to contribute to upgrading the skills profiles so that they consistently reflect trends and the needs of hiring managers. Let us know if you would like to be on the review panel.
